Adults (18+): Join this event for an introduction to nature journaling led by Kelli Hertzler, a nature journaler, artist, naturalist, and Arboretum staff member! Kelli will give a quick introduction to nature journaling and then jump right in to studying specimens with guided lessons. Everyone will be given art supplies, including a journal to take home. At the end of the program, there will be time to explore the Arboretum for additional subjects. This program will emphasize the importance of recording our experiences with drawing, writing and quantifying.
