Justin Bieber is opening up about the pressures of touring — and how family life has shifted his priorities. During a Halloween Twitch livestream on October 31, where he carved pumpkins with friends, the 31-year-old singer admitted that the idea of returning to a full tour feels overwhelming.
“Touring takes so much out of you, and I’ve done it since I was a kid,” Bieber said. “Even the idea of touring sounds super daunting. I always start out really loving it and then it gets to a point where I am super burnt out.”
Now married to 28-year-old Hailey Bieber and father to 15-month-old son Jack Blues, Justin said he’s more interested in performing “spot dates” — short runs in select cities — rather than committing to multi-year tours. “I really wanna do spot dates where I pick a city and do a couple of shows,” he explained.
The Grammy-winning artist is currently preparing for his headlining performance at Coachella 2026, where he’ll take the stage on April 11 and 18. According to People, Justin recently joined Twitch to share behind-the-scenes clips from his studio rehearsals. “It’s his way of letting fans see that he’s excited and working hard for his headlining set,” a source told the outlet.
Following the lineup reveal, Hailey shared her excitement on Instagram, posting a photo of the announcement with the caption: “BIEBERCHELLA!!!!!!!!! :)”
Alongside Bieber, Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, and Anyma are also set to perform at the 2026 festival in Indio, California. This will mark Justin’s first solo Coachella headline slot, following past surprise appearances with Ariana Grande in 2019 and Tems in 2024.
