Former One Direction member Zayn Malik has announced the dates for his largest solo tour to date, in support of his upcoming fifth studio album, Konnakol. The global trek begins May 12 in Manchester, England, and will take him across Europe, North America, Mexico, South America, and the U.K.
The tour marks Zayn’s first major international arena and stadium run since leaving One Direction in 2015. It follows the recent announcement of Konnakol, which is set for release on April 17. The album’s lead single, “Die for Me,” arrives on February 6.
Produced by Live Nation, the 31-date tour opens with a series of U.K. shows in May before moving to Mexico in June. Zayn then launches the U.S. leg in July, with dates stretching through August and early September. After a South American run in October, the tour wraps up with final U.S. performances in November.
Zayn recently previewed music from Konnakol during his debut Las Vegas residency at Park MGM. In a statement, he described the album’s title as a reference to vocal percussion, calling it a deeply personal project rooted in creativity and emotion.
Tickets go on sale first through the Zayn VIP KEY presale on February 10, followed by additional presales and a general public on-sale beginning February 13.
